Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Egyptian public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates through our trusted courier partners. Orders are delivered within an average of 3–5 business days across Egypt.
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment through our courier's website. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to collect your order for free from any of our four Cairo locations. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours — we will notify you by SMS when ready.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For orders confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
At COCAN, every piece is crafted with care. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, dust bags, and tags are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is presented
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different color or style of equal value, subject to availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange. If it is of lower value, the difference will be returned as store credit.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer your choice of a full refund, replacement, or store credit. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
