Refund & Exchange policy:
You can exchange/refund your order within 24hours of receiving a defected item or a wrong item other than the one you ordered, provided in its original condition, in same packaging and with tags on.

Please contact us via email cocanbags@gmail.com or phone 01113886506 (11 am : 5 pm) within 24 hours of receipt of your order, if you ordered online. If you ordered from store, please go to the store and ask for exchange/refund.
Don’t use the product or remove its tags.

We will not be able to replace your order if:

- You don’t notify us within 24 hours of receipt of order.
- Product has been worn or even tried on, or Tags have been removed.
